Warranty and Return


The validity of the Limited Warranty is 2 Years. ZenSlider guarantees that its products will serve as demonstrated in its website at all times. If a product fails to function its purpose due to manufacturing errors, then the product is covered with the Limited Warranty. Any repair or replacement is prepared and shipped free of charge to all Limited Warranty cases.

ZenSlider’s Limited Warranty does not cover the product for cosmetic defects that does not limit the product’s functionality (such as: color coherence, indistinct patterns caused by CNC manufacturing methods, coating retouch details, scratches on the surfaces, surface pattern of the paddings, any sounds which may occur due to the sliding parts or the motor windings, etc.).

Damage caused by improper use (improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust, water, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification) is not covered by our Limited Warranty. When the electronic controller boxes are opened by the user, Limited Warranty will no longer be valid.

Limited Warranty also does not apply to any product that has been handled or packaged incorrectly or has been sold as second-hand.

Any 2nd hand products and other 3rd party equipment are strictly excluded from Limited Warranty. ZenSlider has no liability for any 3rd party equipment, which may receive damage or get lost because of a possible fail of ZenSlider products. ZenSlider’s sole obligation is to offer repairs or replacements for ZenSlider products.

ZenSlider will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ZenSlider on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including any international duties/taxes/fees in accordance of the RETURN POLICY.



An authorization must be requested from ZenSlider customer support team via email (info@ZenSlider.com) prior to returning any merchandise for repair or replacement.

Returning shipments without a correct Authorization from ZenSlider support team will be refused and ZenSlider will not be held responsible. Products should be shipped postage or freight paid to ZenSlider within seven (7) days of issuance of the Authorization and the traceable tracking ID should be provided to ZenSlider support team.

In order for a repair or replacement to be carried out, all received items need to be shipped to our installations. The customer has to pay for all the costs including shipping, handling, and customs fees when returning the product.

So we urge all customers who want to return the units to pick a traceable shipping method. Due to the customs regulations in EU, any product which is returned to us from NON-EU countries may be subject to import duties and additional tax when returned. Please state the return products as ‘return’ and thus please do not state a monetary value.

ZenSlider is not responsible for these charges, and the customer initiating a return accepts to cover these charges. If the customer declines to cover these charges, the product may be confiscated by the customs and will be accepted as “non-received” by us and no repair or replacement will be carried out.



Orders will normally be shipped before the third day after the payment is made and money is collected, if all the products are in stock.

However, there may be delays over the mentioned shipment date. This may especially be true for the products which are not in-stock and yet still ordered by the customer.

Please place your orders taking this into consideration. ZenSlider has no responsibility for any disruption or delay in your productions, related to late shipments.

While every effort is made to ensure an accurate shipping calculation is provided during checkout, ZenSlider reserves the right to request additional payment, if the actual shipping cost is higher than is calculated.

Shipping fees do not include any customs related fees.

The standard delivery duration is 5 days and is based on the information provided by the Courier Company used. We have no control over or responsibility with the delivery durations for the packages. For any package delayed in transit or not delivered we will provide the customer with the customer service telephone number of the Courier Company.



Please make sure you are accustomed with your local customs regulations before ordering. When your products arrive, there will be customs clearance procedures and charges. We strongly suggest you to contact your local customs office to learn more about these charges and regulations.

A commercial invoice is always included in your shipment. ZenSlider is not responsible for providing any additional customs document other than the ones provided with your order.
